He was predeceased by: his parents, Otis Henry Tingle and Betty Justice Tingle; and his siblings, Mitchell Tingle (Nancy) and Emily Tingle. He is survived by: his wife Laura Tingle; his children, Trevor Tingle, Ashley Judy (Jacob) and Andrew Thomas (Haley); and his sisters, Theresa Dalton, April Pruitt and Connie Cardell (Kevin). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
