She was predeceased by: her parents, William Richmond McDaniel and Ellen Wade McDaniel; her husband Dr. Grady Emmet Black; her children, Nancy Elizabeth Black and Dr. James Robert Black; and her siblings, William Wade McDaniel, Joseph Frederick McDaniel, Margaret McDaniel Carlisle and Sarah McDaniel Carlson.
She is survived by: her daughters, Linda Black Craddock (Rudy Craddock) of Griffin and Patricia Black Osbon (Reggie Osbon) of Macon, GA; her grandchildren, Caryn Craddock Wood of Killen, AL, Matthew Craddock of Jacksonville, FL, Elizabeth Black Rhodes of Jacksonville, FL, Stephen Osbon (Liz) of Augusta, GA and William Osbon (Natalie) of Marietta, GA.; and her great grandchildren, Kaitlin Wood Satterfield (Jordan Satterfield), Carson Wood, Kennedy Wood, Preslie Rhodes, Colby and Garrett Osbon.
