Though Jeanie may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Spruce and Zelma Spruce; her brother James F. Spruce; and her husband Robert Earl Mullins (Bob). She is survived by: her daughters, Robyn Taylor (Mark) and Rhonda Francis (Fred); and her grandchildren, Melanie Taylor (Ben Gajus), Jessica Taylor (Cole Mitchell), Stephen Francis and Andrew Francis.
