He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Murph and Nell Crosby Murph; his sister Betty; and his brother-in-law Marion Mercer. He is survived by: his wife Lillian Murph; his children, Michael Shannon Murph, Misty Starr Murph, Billy Parham (Jessica) and Josh Parham (Cindy); his aunt Peggy Townsend; his niece Vickie Smith (Cecil); and his pet Jay. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Moody-Daniel Funeral Home (10170 US-19, Zebulon, GA 30295). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
