He is survived by: his wife Peggy Bolton; his children, Johnny Johnson (Maria), Fulton Smith and Nancy Richardson; his grandchildren, Raylyn Johnson, James Fitzgerald, Collin Black, Matthew Smith and Allison Marks; his brother-in-law Roger Treadaway; and his sibling's children, Keith Ebetino, Kenneth Ebetino, Tommy Ebetino, Brent Treadaway, Flynt Treadaway, Cliff Treadaway, Jennifer Patten and Tracy Holley.
