She is survived by: her children, Brandy Bass (John), Haley Willard (Brett Page) and Brad Willard (Misty); her grandchildren, Austin Adams, Emily, MaHailey Willard, Alexa Osborne, Brittany Bass, Brandon Bass, Walker Page and Memphis Page; her siblings, Steve Sampler (Cynthia) and Wanda Allison (Shannon); and her stepsisters, Anita Pryor (Pete), Arlene Blasingim (Ben) and Jeana Chambers (Terry). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
