Kathy left this world on July 10, 2025 at the age of 70, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her sister Deborah Jennings. She is survived by: her husband Newton McKneely; her children, Charles McDaniel (Kim), Jerry McKneely (Lisa), Michelle Martin (Steve) and Leslie Yeoman (Aaron); her grandchildren, Jonathon McDaniel (Katie), Anna McDaniel, Allison McKneely (Ashlee), Katelyn McKneely (Jordan Collins), Andrew McKneely (Jordan), Taylor Monk (Josh), Bailey Sewell (Daniel), Paisleigh Patrick, Levi Crowe and Ethan Sanders; her parent James Jackson Redmond (Irene); and her siblings, Mark Redmond (Deanna), Robin Webster (Mark) and Diane Slaughter (Lee). She is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, July 15th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Conner-Westbury Funeral Home (1891 W McIntosh Rd, Griffin, GA 30223). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Chapel of Conner-Westbury Funeral Home (1891 W McIntosh Rd, Griffin, GA 30223).
