She is survived by : her husband Roy Richard Smith, Jr.; her children, Constance Helms, Nicole Serapion (Guy), Roy Smith III (Debbie) and Stephanie Smith; and her sisters, Nancy Grindle, Deborah Sir and Rebecca Johnson. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
