He was predeceased by: his parents, Euel Niblett and Lutie Mae Akins Niblett. He is survived by: his son Joel Niblett; and his siblings, Mildred Niblett Sims, Martha Niblett Gant and Charles Niblett. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Chapel of Conner-Westbury Funeral Home (1891 W McIntosh Rd, Griffin, GA 30223). A burial was held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Rock Springs Church Cemetery (219 Rock Springs Rd, Milner, GA 30257).
