He is survived by: his wife Tialisa Duncan; his children, Justin Keith Duncan and Britney Shianne Duncan-Agnew; his son-in-law Christopher Shaun Agnew; his grandsons, Anakin Alexzander Agnew, Adasin Kane Agnew and Adrion Joseph Agnew; his father John William Duncan; his stepmother Phyllis Mariee Barnes Duncan; his brother Farron Rivers; his aunt Kathy Powell; his stepmother-in-law Jeanette Baxter; his mother-in-law Kate Landers; his siblings-in-law, Julie Moore, Rosemary Osborne, Kim Kee, Jamie Rivers, April Wilson, Tammy Rivers, David Baxter, Jason Landers and Shane Landers; his stepfather-in-law Tony Floyd Landers; his father-in-law James Adron Baxter, Jr.; and his brother-in-law James Adron Baxter III. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.

A burial was held on Monday, September 22nd 2025 at the Jackson City Cemetery (485 W College Dr, Jackson, GA 30233).
