He was predeceased by: his parents, Marion Godard and Frances Smith Godard. He is survived by: his wife Pam Johnston Godard; his daughters, Sydney Godard Armistead (Walker) and Mary Kate Godard; his grandchildren, Blythe Armistead and Walker Armistead, Jr.; his sister Fay Godard Cobb; his nieces, Kellie Cook (Mike) and Laura Beaber (Gene); and his great-nieces, Carson Cook and Macie Beaber. He is also survived by his wife, daughters, and grandchildren.
