She was predeceased by: her mother Martha Ann Cook. She is survived by: her father Benjamin Franklin Cook; her son Chris Martin (Shawn); her siblings, Pat Cook, Toni Miller (Jim) and Frank Cook (Linda); and her nephews, Ben Cook and Bobby Cook. She is also survived by great nephew and nieces.
