She was predeceased by: her mother Margaret Josephine Parks Henry. She is survived by: her father Dr. R. C. Henry; her husband Ronald Franklin Cook Sr.; her grandchildren, Andrew Marsh and Hannah Marsh; and her sister Janice Gimbert (Steve). She is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
