She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Rhyner and Ada Wilson Rhyner; and her granddaughter Britney Trawick. She is survived by: her husband William Franklin "Bill" Scoggins; her children, Audrey Slade, ViBee Kennedy and Randy Scoggins; her grandchildren, Cameron Slade, Paige Earp, Colby Kennedy and Angelica Kennedy; her great grandchildren, J. Slade, Angel McCall, Airianna McCall and Collin Kennedy; and her brother Walter "Buck" Rhynder (Jackie).
Visitation was held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Moody-Daniel Funeral Home (10170 US-19, Zebulon, GA 30295). A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
