He was predeceased by: his parents, James Clarence Spivey and Laura Spivey (late Sandra Spivey). He is survived by: his children, Todd Spivey (Kathy) and Paula Lowe (Jonathan); his grandchildren, Justin Kilgore (Nina), Kady Spivey, Kara Spivey, Seth Riggle, Samuel Riggle (Rachel) and Sydney Riggle; and his siblings, Laura Smarr and Raymond Spivey (Barbara). He is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Conner-Westbury Funeral Home (1891 W McIntosh Rd, Griffin, GA 30223). A graveside service will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Oak Hill Cemetery (797 Memorial Dr, Griffin, GA 30223).
