She was predeceased by: her parents, Benjamin Hollingsworth and Ludie Hollingsworth; her brothers, Steve Hollingsworth, James Hollingsworth and Harry Hollingsworth; her spouse JC Wynn; Tommy and Lizzie Mae Wynn.
She is survived by: her daughter Ludie Mae "Polly" Wynn (Polly); her brother Wayne; her sister-in-law Becky Hollingsworth; her daughter Karen Childs; and her grandchildren, Candice Childs Hohenstein (Robert) and Cameron Childs (Ashley). She is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
