He is survived by: his parents, Jack Brush and Pamela Cook Brush; his siblings, Tyler Brush, Chuck Brush and Jacqueline Brush; his grandfather Raymond Cook; his uncle Dale Cook (Laurie); and his aunts, Teresa Miller (Lynn), Helen Shanes and Robin Cook. He is also survived by numerous cousins, and other extended family and friends.
