She was predeceased by: her parents, Lonnie Sweat and Annie Dean Sweat; her husband Hollis Daniel Smith; her sons, Jerry Smith and Daniel Smith; and her grandson Chase Smith.
She is survived by: her son Tony; her grandchildren, Chris (Stacey Smith), Andrew (Kelly Smith), Chad (Jennifer Smith), Ali (Cory Watts), Drew Smith (Dylan) and Jessica Smith (Devin Smith); her great grandchildren, Haley, Anna-Claire, Brennon, Blakely, Taylor, Tyler, Addie, Austin, Graci, Ridge, Crew and Piper; her great great grandchild Presley; Debbie Partridge. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
