He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Reuben Jeff and Grace Leverette (Anderson); his wife Ann Raybon Leverette; and his daughter Kimberly.

The family is grateful for the love and support of Eternal Hope Home Hospice and asks that in lieu of flowers donations be made in his honor to The American Heart Association.
