He is survived by: his daughters, Rebecca Stephens (Richard) and Karen Scoles (Kevin); and his grandchildren, Chris Harper, Jenny, Carry Davis, Danny, DeeAnn Stephens, Chad Stephens, Codi Revis and Kayla Young. He is also survived by 11 great grandchildren; 3 great-great grandchildren.
