He is survived by: his wife Pamela Turner Toland; his sisters, Regina Bunn (Terry) and Faye Evans (Norm); his children, Michael Shane Toland (Catie), Brad Davis Toland (Piper), Jonathan Edwards (Lyndi) and Ashton Denise Bennett (Jeremy); his siblings' children, Robin Bridges, Marie Golden, Brandi Carpenter and Tommy Evans; his grandchildren, Jessica Buford (Jerome), Joshua Toland, Tanner Toland, Beatty Toland, Sloan Toland, Declen Bennett, Bayler Bennett, Grayam Bennett, Landry Bennett, Braelynn Edwards, Lyla Edwards and Maddy Jo Edwards; and his great grandchildren, Brody Buford, Addi-Kate Buford and Beckett Buford.
