He was predeceased by: his parents, John Birchel Barnes and Anita Morris Mays; and his father-in-law James (Mary Bannister). He is survived by: his wife Terri Barnes; his children, Sandi Lee (Andy) and John Barnes (Lynn); his grandchildren, Carson, Colton, Leah, Holden, Austin, Aubrey and Kynzley; and his sisters, Jackie Wall (Grover) and Jodie Barnes. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
