He was predeceased by: his parents, D. C. Williams and Beulah Warren Williams; and his son Russell C. Williams. He is survived by: his wife Raenell Lee Williams; his daughter Rhonda; his son-in-law Mike Roper; his son Rodney Lee Williams; and his siblings, Imogene Hammock, Pat Duffey and David Williams. He is also survived by five grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren.
