He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter J Powell and Carolyn Powell Shackelford. He is survived by: his siblings, Donna Shackelford (Kevin Powell) and Robin (Keith Partain); and his nieces and nephews, Kellie Daniel, Ciera Powell, Trevor Farrow, Tyler Powell and Jacob Kent.
