He was predeceased by: his sister Margaret Smith (Maggie); and his brother-in-law Danny Smith. He is survived by: his wife Wadra McCullough; his children, Mark McCullough (Stephanie), Macy Mosher (Cody) and Jacob McCullough (Lindsey); his grandchildren, Tanner McCullough (Haley), Eli McCullough, Hattie Mosher and Tessa McCullough; his sister Nina Smith; his mother-in-law Sandy Blalock (Bobby); and his sisters-in-law, Gaye Durden (Gaynor) and Tracy Kimbrell (Tommy). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
