It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruby Fordham Nelson (Griffin, Georgia), who passed away on August 17, 2022, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her siblings, Pete Fordham, Jack Fordham, Mickey Fordham, Doris Stitcher, Claris Ison and Shirley McGee; and her grandson Chris Nelson.
She is survived by: her children, Donald, Teresa Nelson, Joan, Rick McDaniel, Jimmy and Debbie Nelson; her grandchildren, Jonathan McDaniel, Elizabeth, Jonathan Boyt, Kayla McDaniel, Ashley Nelson and Jeannie Nelson; her great grandchildren, Aubry Boyt, Austin, Bethany Boyt, Jacob Nelson (Chelsea), Jack Nelson, Emily Nelson, Sierra Nelson, Georgia Nelson and Addsyn Nelson; her great great grandchildren, Addysin and Avery Nelson; and her brother Jim (Rita Fordham). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
