She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Lemoin Tatterson, Sr. and Pauline Shenefield Tatterson; her stepmother Mary L. West Tatterson; her husband Donald F. Thomas, Sr.; her son David Allen Thomas; her sisters, Carolyn Jean Tatterson Landers (James) and Janet Sue Tatterson Price (Floyd); and her nephews, James Allen "Buddy" Landers and James Carlos "Curt" Watson, III.
She is survived by: her son Donald F. Thomas, Jr. (Carol Wallace); her daughter-in-law Tracey Fitzgerald (Rick); her brother Lawrence Tatterson, Jr. (Fay); her grandchildren, Christen Cochran (Travis), Samantha Cooper (John), Ruth Ann Thomas and Brett Wallace (Briana); her great grandchildren, Samson Brown, Hadley Brown, Mack Cochran, Weston Cooper and Paisley Wallace; and her nieces and nephews, Lisa Couey (Leon), Laura Perdichizzi, Carla Sampson (Ken), Kelly Watson, Shane Watson (Lynn), Lindy Edens (Craig) and Kristi Tatterson.
