He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Brackett Walters; his sister Lynn Tew; his sisters-in-law, Patsy Caldwell (Kenny), Judy Strickland (Skip) and Sheila Adams (Richard); his mother-in-law Norma Jean Brackett; and his pet Snoop. He is also survived by 10 nieces and nephews; 15 great-nieces and nephews; 3 great great-nieces and nephews.
