He was predeceased by: his parents, Seborn Baugh and Ruth Irene Baugh; and his wife Shirley Jean. He is survived by: his children, Wendy Pitts (Merrill) and Todd Baugh (Cassandra); his grandchildren, Thomas Baugh, Amber Spires (Danny), Lauren Norris (Josh) and Sarah Blake (Cody); his great grandchildren, Ryleigh Morris, Carter Spires, Conner Norris, Landen Norris and Atticus Blake; and his sister Rilla Haddock. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
