He is survived by: his spouse Shirley Ann Meeks Brooks; his children, Thomas Franklin "Frankie" Brooks, Jr. (Kelly) of Brooks and Sharon Lynn Keiser of Jefferson; his grandchildren, Ashley, Tyler, Nicole and Mitchell; his sister Louise Truett of Melbourne, FL; his nephews, Jack Truett and Andy Meeks; and his niece Rhianna Mills. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
