He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Lipscomb and Eunice Lipscomb. He is survived by: his wife Betty; his children, Connie Whitlock, Lee Lipscomb (GinnyAnne), Tracy Roberson (Robbie) and MaryBeth Chafin (Steve); and his sister Gail McCarty. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren.
