He is survived by: his children, Shayne McCarty (Tim), Mindy McCarty (Ryan McCarty), Paige (Cory Lewis) and Dustin (Jessica McCarty); his grandchildren, Tyler, Taylor, Zowie, Gavin, Emma, Kaytlyn, Kane, JoJo, Chip, Corver, Crue, Paicyn, Crash, Maddie and Easton; his great grandchildren, Willow and River; and his siblings, Nan Kight, Bobby McCarty (Letty) and Lynda Powers. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, August 10th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Lyons City Cemetery (161 NE Broad St, Lyons, GA 30436).
