He was predeceased by : his parents, Everett E. Goodson and Lottie Harper Goodson. He is survived by : his wife Betty Heaton Goodson; his children, Lori Kent (Randy) and Lynn Pitts (Eric); his grandchildren, Jeremy Kent (Jenny), Jason Kent (Marie), Emily Pitts, Megan Pitts and Madison Pitts; his great grandchildren, Kaylee Kent, Kaleb Kent, Brian Kent and Michael Kent; and his pets, Charlie and Molly. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
