He is survived by: his children, William Curtis Parrott, Stephanie Smith (Eddie) and Mary Gilbert (Ted); his grandchildren, Allison Parrott, Amber Parrott, Chelsea Smith, Rhiannon Smith, Brittany Gilbert, Derick Gilbert (Little Buddy) and Karen Gilbert; his great grandchildren, Brycen Avery Parrott, Alana Ragusa, Haylee Ragusa, Oliver Smith and Nayeli McGhee; and his sisters, Josephine Dean, Ellen Scott and Dorothy Parker. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
