He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Turner and Addie Turner; and his siblings, Ralph Turner, Jr., Janice Jones and Barbara Moore.
He is survived by: his wife Diane; his daughters, Hollie Gibbs (Jason) and Kathleen Turner; and his granddaughter Baylee Elizabeth Skillman Turner.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 12th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Starling Funeral Home (435 W Milledgeville Rd, Harlem, GA 30814). A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, November 12th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the same location.
