He was predeceased by: his mother Jennie Louise Maddox; his daughter Ruth Ann Martin; and his siblings, Radford Owens, Robert Milton Duncan, Sylvester Alewine, John Thomas Duncan, Doris Miller, Elsie Fuller, Irene Wilson and Susie Guthrie.
He is survived by: his children, Tony Lee Duncan (Ellie) of Wrens, GA, Sheri Lynn Moore (David) of Nashville, TN, Sonia Kay Titus (Jim) of Grovetown, GA and Cindy Jo Rentz (Bo) of Greenville, SC. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 34 great-grandchildren, many great-great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Ronald McDonald House.
