He was predeceased by: his mother Lisa Hewitt; and his cousin Jerry Maddox. He is survived by: his wife Linzee Hewitt; his sons, Lincoln Wade Hewitt, Myles Cash Simpson and William Justin McCarthy; his aunt Maytrice Reagan; his cousin Paula Bradley; and his close friend Logan Waters. He is also survived by numerous other aunts, uncles, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Keith's honor to support his precious son, Lincoln Hewitt, who was truly the light of his world.
