It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Kelli Ann Whitaker of Grovetown, Georgia, who passed away on March 1, 2026, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ann Parker and Bennie Parker; and her grandson Jakob Richardson. She is survived by: her husband Dwayne Whitaker; her children, Stephanie Whitaker, Jason Richardson (Tiffany) and Mitchell Whitaker (Evelyn); her brothers, Glenn Parker (Debbie) and Roy Parker; her grandchildren, Austin "Bo" James, Cara Jensen (Dalton Neal), Dylan Richardson, Dalton Richardson, Trevor Ruiz, Jaxson Ruiz, Sydney Whitaker and Grant Whitaker; her great grandchildren, Mason Foshee, Myles Foshee and Oakley Finney; her pets, Sambo and River; her friend Sherry Atkins; and her brother-in-law Chris Whitaker. She is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 5th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Starling Funeral Home (435 W Milledgeville Rd, Harlem, GA 30814). A graveside service was held on Friday, March 6th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Snellings Memorial Cemetery (2390 William Few Pkwy, Evans, GA 30809).
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to support ALS or Parkinson's research to help end these horrible diseases that affected Kelli's life.
