He was predeceased by: his parents, Patrick Sprague and Stella Sprague; and his sister Edith Manders. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Sprague; his children, David Doane (Melaina), Amber Sprague Buckner (Michael) and Sean Sprague; his brother Michael Sprague (Dawn); his grandchildren, Emerson, Ava Grace, Brooke Doane, Faye Schoenbeck (Corbin), Daniel Buckner and Jennifer Buckner; his great grandchildren, Ezra Doane and Riley Buckner; and his close friends, Norman and Caroline Schwartz. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Flowing Wells Worship Center (1233 Flowing Wells Rd, Augusta, GA 30909).
