He was predeceased by: his parents, James Jones and Ouida Jones; his wife Sandra Dean Jones; and his siblings, Richard Jones, Jim Jones and Melba Jean Garrett.
He is survived by: his daughter Kimberly Beard (Keith); his grandson Jacob Jones; his stepgrandchildren, Austin Beard and Hannah Beard; his sister Juanita Marcucci; and his sister-in-law Rose Marie McKinney. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to Trinity Baptist Church in Grovetown.
