She was predeceased by : her parents, Oliver Bishop and Doris Bishop. She is survived by : her husband William Bryan Scruggs Sr.; and her children, Allen Scruggs, Bryan Scruggs, David Scruggs (Beth), Rodney Scruggs (Kassie), Deanne Crawford, Victoria Hollimon (Chris), Amanda Hollar (Wes), Michelle Shead (Matthew) and Kristina Nelson (Nick). She is also survived by 21 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
