With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Addie Mae Hicklen of Guyton, Georgia, who passed away on January 4, 2024 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Naomi Smallwood and Georgia; and her daughter Angeleth Y. Hicklen. She is survived by : her daughters, Diann Hicklen of Guyton and Julia H. Poythress (Antoine) of Statesboro; her siblings, Eddie Lee Harley, Martha Coppock, Percell Riley (Magnolia), Willie Henry Riley (Melissa) and Jerome Riley (Leatrice); and her friend Lucy Powell. She is also survived by six grandchildren; 7 great grands; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins.
