He was predeceased by: his parents, Milton Wynn and Bessie Loyd Wynn; his former wife Frances Bacon Wynn; his sister Angela Denton; and his daughter-in-law Julie Wynn.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Jean Miller Wynn; his children, Jim Wynn, Deneen Wynn Shuman (Howard), Amy Beytagh (Jack), James Earl Miller, Jr. (Becky), Kathy Hadden (Randy) and Jerry Bacon; and his grandchildren, Rochelle Shuman, Jesse Thomas Shuman (Deja Anne), Meghan Carr (Oliver), Connor Beytagh (Kortney), Patrick Beytagh, Madison Miller, Trey Miller, Jason Bacon, Samantha Bacon, Heather Nease (Jeremy), Rana Hildebrandt (Chuckie) and Kyle Hadden (Megan). He is also survived by great-grandchildren.
