Vernon, IL and Annita Mathias of Charleston, IL; his children, Shane Moutray of Mattoon, IL, Shelly Moutray of Mattoon, IL, Anthony Moutray of Jacksonville, FL and Kristopher Moutray of Guyton, GA; and his stepchildren, Darren Reents of Morton, IL, Deborah McDonald of Morton, IL and Douglas Reents of Tarpon Springs, FL. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
