He was predeceased by: his parents, Carlton "Tommy" Todd and Audrey Todd; his wife April Todd; and his siblings, Kaye Frances, Virginia Todd, Lyn Harden, Tommy Todd, Billy Todd, Bill Frank Purvis and Sammy Donaldson.
He is survived by: his children, Lisa Green (Shaun), Kimberly Jenkins (Franklin), Charles "Chucky" Todd Jr. and Colby Todd (Kalie); his grandchildren, Braxton, Aiden, Aubrie, Avelyn, Ailor and Vincent; his siblings, Sandra Turner (Ron), Jimmy Todd (Lee Ann), Theresa Kea (Alan), Melinda Killingsworth, Carlton "Curry" Todd and Robert "Twyler" Todd; and his niece Janet Thompson.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Living Faith Church of God (3789 Noel C Conaway Rd, Guyton, GA 31312).
