He is survived by: his son Jeremy Ryan Cantaline; his grandson Josiah Lee Cantaline; his former wife Debra Dees Cantaline; his brother Jeffrey Cantaline (Patricia); and his sisters-in-law, Karen Cantaline Keech and Effie Cantaline. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
