He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Julian Frost and Betty Parker Frost; and his siblings, Wendell Frost and Robin Edwards. He is survived by: his wife Bobbie Frost; his children, Brandie O'Neal (Gerald) and Joe M. Frost, Jr.; his sisters, Rhonda Lanier (Craig) and Christy Frost; his grandchildren, Taylor LaPlante (Sean), Kody O'Neal (Merissa) and Charity Churchill (Nathan); and his great grandchildren, Summer Edwards, Cecilia LaPlante and Emerald LaPlante. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
