She was predeceased by: her husband Gene Carson Bolen; her son Curtis Bolen; her parents, Russell Jones and Alma Bell Gillespie; her siblings, Sadie Johnson, Earl Jones and Edward Jones; and her son-in-law Greg Dodd.
She is survived by: her children, Ronald Bolen (Deborah), Janice Williams (Terry) and Tammy Dodd (Ronny McClendon). She is also survived by eleven grandchildren, eighteen great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild, as well as several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 4th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the Thomas C. Strickland & Sons Funeral Homes – West Chatham Chapel (901 US-80, Pooler, GA 31322).
