He is survived by: his wife Gail Kelly; his daughters, Melissa Mast (Kerry), Stephanie Kelly (Lee) and Tricia Reddick (Shawn); his grandchildren, Keri Lyn Fetzer (Chad), Stephen Mast (Madison), Alyssa Sanders (Dylan), Ayden Reddick, Grayson Reddick, Maddox Riner (Morgan) and Olivia Riner; his great grandchildren, Noah Fetzer, Emily Fetzer, Bailey Fetzer, Owen Fetzer and Elizabeth Fetzer; his sister-in-law Ann Swindell; his niece Angel Kennedy; his aunt Betty McCullough; his stepfather Harvey Simmers; and his siblings, Coy Kelly (Lorraine), Erna Blackburn (Kenny) and Lois Khalafalla (Khaled).
Visitation was held on Monday, October 19th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the West Chatham Chapel (901 US-80, Pooler, GA 31322). A funeral service was held on Monday, October 19th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, October 19th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Rocky Ford Cemetery (5508 Scarboro Hwy, Rocky Ford, GA 30455).
