He is survived by: his children, Warren Hites and Sarah; his son-in-law Jeremy McIntyre; his sister Terri Sue Cleaver; his grandchildren, Alena Larsen, Kieran McIntyre, Hannah McIntyre, Chloe McIntyre, Domick McIntyre, Matthew McIntyre and Ronen McIntyre; and his great grandchild Benjamin Larsen.
